About me
I discovered yoga in 2012 after moving abroad, and the yoga mat has been my steady companion ever since. I first fell in love with the simplicity and no-frills nature of yoga — the way I could practice anywhere, modify my practice to fit my needs, and the sense of calm it consistently left me with.
Slowly, yoga became a ritual, a place of community, and a powerful tool for self-discovery, allowing me to get out of my head and connect more deeply with myself and my body. It became a non-negotiable part of my life, helping me navigate stressful situations, manage anxiety and shortness of breath, and improve my quality of life in constant, tangible ways.
In 2024, I decided to take my journey further and completed my first 50-hour teacher training, followed by a 200-hour Vinyasa certification. Both experiences have been truly life-changing, showing me how much joy I find in sharing my practice and leaving me curious and eager to continue learning.
I am passionate about guiding others on their own yoga journey, offering classes that blend creativity and accessibility with gentle challenges, inviting students to explore movement and breath while fostering a sense of calm, grounding, and connection.
