Yoga classes
I offer Vinyasa and Yin Yoga classes, both online and in person in Munich.
My Vinyasa classes are accessible and playful, featuring a mix of challenging poses and moments of stillness, to help you connect with yourself and explore your body's range of motion. You’ll leave feeling energized and centered.
In my Yin classes, I aim to create space for you to slow down, connect with your breath, and enhance relaxation. We’ll hold poses for longer periods, allowing the body to soften and release, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system (hello, calm!).

For those who would like to deepen their practice, work towards specific goals, or carve space for time on the mat in the middle of a busy schedule, I offer private classes, either one-on-one or in small groups. These sessions are tailored to fit your unique needs and can take place online or in the comfort of your home. Contact me to learn more and to schedule your first session.
