Yoga & Pilates classes

I offer Yoga (Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Yin Yoga) and Pilates classes, both online and in person in Munich.

My Vinyasa classes are accessible and playful, featuring a mix of challenging poses and moments of stillness, to help you connect with yourself and explore your body's range of motion. You’ll leave feeling energized and centered.

In my Slow Flow and Yin classes, I aim to create space for you to slow down, connect with your breath, and enhance relaxation. We’ll hold poses for longer periods, allowing the body to soften and release, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system (hello, calm!).

My Pilates classes combine classical mat Pilates principles with a modern approach, focusing on strength, control, and breath. We target key muscle groups, improve posture, and build total-body strength — leaving you feeling powerful and more connected to your body.

  • Join me on the mat for a ritual of movement, breath, and connection. I’m currently teaching weekly classes at two studios in Munich:

    The Collective Flow — Maxvorstadt

    • Cosmic Flow & Sound Bath (Every Friday, 20:15 – 21:15 & Every Sunday, 19:30 – 20:30) Wind down your week with slow, intentional movement under the stars. Each breath guides you deeper into stillness. We close with a sound bath that soothes your nervous system, inviting peace and clarity in body and mind.

    The Sanctuary — Schwabing

    • Unified Early Bird (Every Tuesday, 7:15 – 8:15) A balanced practice weaving dynamic sequences with calming moments, combining strengthening postures, breathwork, and relaxation.

    • Dynamic Yoga (Every Saturday, 10:30 – 11:30) A fast-paced class built on strong flows, playful transitions, and an exploration of advanced poses. We move with intention, building heat while staying grounded and centered.

    • Pilates (Every Tuesday, 8:30 – 9:15 & Every Saturday, 12:00 – 12:45) With a focus on strength, control, and breath, we target key muscle groups, improve posture, and build total-body strength through mindful, functional movement.

  • For those who would like to deepen their practice, work towards specific goals, or carve space for time on the mat in the middle of a busy schedule, I offer private classes, either one-on-one or in small groups. These sessions are tailored to fit your unique needs and can take place online or in the comfort of your home. Contact me to learn more and to schedule your first session.
